We put the U.S. Constitution here because Article VI says “[A]ll treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the Unites States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby….”   In any event, every citizen should reread the Constitution from time to time!
